Job Purpose
The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the market share of Precision Drawell’s roofing screw portfolio. This role focuses heavily on Institutional Sales, requiring the candidate to build strategic partnerships with PEB manufacturers, sheet profilers, and structural consultants to get the product approved, specified, and bulk-ordered.
Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Target Acquisition: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new PEB manufacturers, roofing profilers, and large-scale industrial contractors.
- Institutional Sales: Drive B2B bulk sales by positioning Precision Drawell as a preferred or approved vendor for ongoing and upcoming industrial projects.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing PEB/Profiler clients to ensure repeat business and maximum share of wallet.

3. Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Sales Forecasting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track upcoming PEB projects across assigned regions, and provide accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Commercial Negotiations: Handle end-to-end commercial discussions, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules, while safeguarding company margins.
- Collections: Ensure timely payment collections and adherence to agreed credit cycles by the clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–10 years in B2B/Institutional sales, specifically selling to the PEB or metal roofing industry (experience selling roofing sheets, insulation, or fasteners is highly preferred).
- Network: An active, existing network of contacts among PEB manufacturers and local/national profiling companies.
- Skills: Strong technical understanding of fasteners, mechanical engineering concepts, and commercial negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
