Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Quantitative UX Research.
- Design & execute A/B Tests.
- Analyze User Behavior & Customer Journeys.
- Work on Funnels, Heatmaps & Session Recordings.
- Perform SQL-based Data Analysis.
- Build Dashboards & Research Reports.
- Partner with Product, UX & Engineering Teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years in Quantitative UX Research / UX Analytics / Product Research.
- Experience with Contentsquare and Maze (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Product Analytics Tools.
- Hands-on experience in A/B Testing & Experimentation.
- Expertise in Statistical Analysis & Sample Size Estimation.
- Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Age: 28 years or below.
- Comfortable with 80% Fixed + 20% Variable compensation.
Preferred
- 70%+ experience in Quantitative UX Research for Web/App products.
