Mohali, Sector 83 | Night Shift (7 PM–4 AM / 8 PM–5 AM)
What You'll Do
- End-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and meet hiring deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
