Responsibilities
The responsibilities I am handling as per my role as an ORDER EXECUTIVE are outlined below:
1. Managing and handling the switch brand, including BOQ preparation, design, and drawing processing.
2. Handling factory coordination calls, replacements, and follow-ups.
3. Independently preparing drawings using CorelDRAW to minimize delays caused by factory revisions, thereby ensuring faster order processing and closure.
4. Capturing quick and focused photographs of new panels upon stock arrival.
5. Monitoring and managing plate stock (In house stock & visual tracking) for materials.
6. Contributing to design development, including ideation for new plates and demo room panels as required by the sales team.
7. Ensuring availability of exhibition/demo plates for dealers, sales team, or management by coordinating and verifying stock.
8. Coordinating exhibitions in terms of design, fabrication, and communication (calls and emails).
9. Managing dealer exhibitions, including complete booth design or brand-specific setups.
10. Handling exhibition-related tasks, including plate installation and on-site coordination.
11. Supporting team members in office operations as well as during exhibitions
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
