· Designation - MEP Supervisor
- _ Reporting to _Project Manager / MEP Engineer
- Qualifications Diploma / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Age Around 28–35 years
- Experience Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP supervision works in Residential / Commercial / Hospitality projects
- Computer Knowledge MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
- Other Specific Experience Experience in working on high-rise buildings will be an added advantage CTC Budget Up to 6 LPA
_ Job Description :-_
- Supervise day-to-day site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other site engineers for smooth workflow.
- Check material quality, workmanship, and ensure timely execution of works.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager regularly.
- Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality control procedures.
- Report any discrepancies or delays to the MEP Engineer / Project Manager.
