An HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Handling employee documentation, contracts, and compliance records
- Supporting recruitment activities and interview scheduling
- Administering employee benefits and leave management
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining HR metrics
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and time-management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
