Job Summary
VK Software & Solutions is looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist / Office Assistant to manage front office operations, handle customer communication, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Manage WhatsApp, email, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and office documents.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports as required.
- Coordinate with the sales and support team.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Perform data entry and maintain company databases.
- Assist in administrative and back-office activities.
- Support management in daily operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM software is preferred.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Professional attitude and positive personality.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Support, or Administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
