Job Description
George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a PRO (Customer Relationship Executive) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling feedback, and supporting customer retention and service-related activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding service, vehicle delivery, and customer feedback.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Inform customers about service schedules, offers, campaigns, and dealership activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction and overall service experience.
- Prepare customer-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, automobile dealerships, sales, service, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle customer concerns professionally.
