Key Responsibilities:

Fabric & Trims Sourcing & Follow-up
Assist reporting Manager to source / develop / follow-up for appropriate Raw-material as guided.
Regular visits & follow-up with various vendors / Inward / Outward for Raw-material procurement.
Coordinate for development and approval of all Raw materials within the assigned timelines for each stage of process.
Maintain Raw-Material swatches / approvals / stocks / Testing materials and documents.
Update Vendor profile in SAP and PLM
Sample-Related Commercials: raising sample PO / DC / GRNS as required and Bill passing.
Follow-up with Finance and Couriers to ensure on time delivery of all Raw- material.
Coordinate and assist in procurement of actual Lab dips / Strike off / Desk looms in correct quality for the Storyboard and Range review meetings.
Submit development information / sourcing detailed file to Sourcing team/PPC and follow-up to ensure end to end delivery of 1st bulk order.
Follow-up for fabric & material testing.
Preparation of Raw-Material Specification sheet (RMS) Wrt All Materials.

Fabric & Material Reconciliation
Maintain the fabric library / data with relevant information of all sample developments.
Generate OCR with material re-conciliation reports in case of subcontract orders.
Periodically closing PO and segregating Materials as Slow-Moving, Non-Moving & Dead Stock.

Working Relationships:

PD Design team-To ensure for correct quality / color / artwork & have as discussion with Vendor / design team to have the RFT.
➢
PD Technical Team- To understand specification of product & Work Closely to deliver the right fabric / trims.
➢
PD Merchandising - Coordinate for samples & seasonal deadlines
➢
QC Team - For sample testing.
➢
PPC Team - For activating new styles for production.
➢
BULK RM Team -Finalizing Raw Material specifications & testing parameters.
IX.
Person Profile:
➢
Education: Diploma/ Graduate in Textile or apparel.
➢
Experience: 10 + Years in garment industry.
➢
Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Basic MS Office & knowledge of knit production, Basic Garment production process.
➢
Behavioral Competencies: Attention to detail, time management, target orientation, responsiveness, planning & organizing, effective communicator, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork & self-motivation
