We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Transformer Testing Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing routine, type, and special testing activities, ensuring compliance with IS/IEC standards, maintaining testing records, leading the testing team, handling customer inspections, and coordinating with production and quality departments.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 18–22 years of experience in transformer testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of transformer testing procedures, IS/IEC standards, and quality systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in handling customer inspections, audits, and testing documentation
- Candidates from the Transformer Industry will only be considered
