Aikon Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining our courses, answering inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain course details, fees, and academy services.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain call records and lead status.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the admissions team when required.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (Required).
- Basic understanding of English.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
