We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Agents for our Travel Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound PPC calls related to travel services including airline tickets, hotel bookings, and cruise packages.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish, confident in communication, and capable of assisting international customers professionally while converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound PPC calls from Spanish-speaking customers
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and cruise packages
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of travel sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with night shifts (if applicable)
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
