- Infection prevention and control Responsibilities :
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and emotional health.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical progress.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
- Assist physicians during examinations, surgeries, and emergency procedures.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, suctioning, and specimen collection.
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic medical documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, nutrition, and discharge care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS), where qualified.
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
