- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct introductory discovery calls to understand client requirements, challenges, and goals
- Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior sales/strategy team members
- Maintain and update lead pipelines, CRM systems, and sales trackers
- Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and capability documents for prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle
- Support in generating leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events, and references
- Understand Devakey’s service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information required for proposals and estimations
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain professional client interactions
