Job Title: IT Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience to join our team.
Preferred Candidate Location: Kochi, Kerala
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Full Stack Developers, and DevOps Engineers.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals/job boards.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews for technical roles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
