Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician responsible for the installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panel infrastructure for our industrial machines. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with PLC-based control panels, automation components, and IoT-enabled systems. The role requires both on-site and remote troubleshooting capabilities to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and wiring of electrical panel boards for industrial machines.
- Mounting, wiring, and commissioning of components including:
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
- DTC
- VFD (Variable Frequency Drives)
- HMI Displays
- Contactors, Relays, MCBs, and Switchgear
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, panel layouts, and wiring schematics.
- Basic understanding of PLC programming and automation logic.
- Knowledge of IoT systems and integration with control panels.
- Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, system failures, and blackouts both physically and remotely.
- Diagnosing faults in control panels and machine wiring systems.
- Preventive maintenance of panels, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Conducting routine inspections and replacing damaged or aged wiring and insulated cables.
- Cleaning and maintaining circuits and panel components to prevent breakdowns.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Supporting commissioning and testing of new machines before dispatch.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification.
- Strong hands-on experience in industrial panel wiring and automation systems.
- Working knowledge of PLC, VFD, HMI, and control panel components.
- Basic understanding of programming and automation logic.
- Knowledge of IoT-based monitoring systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site installations and servicing (if required both Domestic & International ).

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
