About the Role
Gradding is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to ensure an exceptional experience for students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, addressing queries, collecting feedback, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and customers throughout their journey.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant services, products, or upgrades (upselling).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Meet customer satisfaction and revenue-generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
