Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, maintain customer records, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional approach to customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback.
* Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
* Ensure timely response to customer queries and requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Required Skills

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Additional certification in Customer Relationship Management will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
* 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or Telecalling.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
