About the Role
SpeedForce EV is looking for a dynamic and confident Manager - Fleet Sales & Business Development who possesses excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for developing fleet business opportunities, meeting corporate and institutional clients, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new fleet sales opportunities for electric two-wheelers and commercial mobility solutions.
- Meet corporate clients, government bodies, institutions, delivery partners, and fleet operators to generate business.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, and business development activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and business forums.
- Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients.

- Candidate with a pleasing and professional personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Fleet Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Automobile Sales, EV Industry, Logistics, Leasing, or Mobility Solutions.
- Experience in handling institutional and corporate clients will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
