Job Description:
We are currently hiring for the position of Studio Manager with a premium fitness & wellness studio based in Bandra, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in operations management, team leadership, and client engagement within fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments.
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end studio operations and daily activities
- Lead and coordinate front desk, trainers, and support staff
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and revenue performance
- Ensure exceptional client experience and service standards
- Handle reporting, CRM management, and operational tracking
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams for studio growth
Candidate Requirements:✔ Experience in Fitness / Wellness / Hospitality / Operations roles
✔ Strong team handling and client management skills
✔ Exposure to sales, memberships, or revenue targets preferred
✔ Working knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
✔ Self-driven with ownership mindset
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
