Job Description
We are looking for a Backend HR Executive with experience in the automobile industry to handle HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate salary-related data.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and database records.
- Manage joining, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly compliance data.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for statutory matters.
- Ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, and labor-related records.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records in Excel/HRMS.
- Support audits and compliance inspections.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations/Backend HR.
- Experience in PF, ESIC, Bonus, Payroll, and Attendance Management.
- Automobile industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Salary:
- Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
