Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Finance & Accounts operations of the hospital.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and departmental cost control.
- Supervise hospital billing reconciliation, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory compliances.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and internal financial controls.
- Review payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Analyze MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Monitor vendor payments, procurement financial controls, and contract compliance.
- Ensure compliance with NABH financial documentation requirements and hospital policies.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, government authorities, and auditors.
- Support financial due diligence, taxation matters, and business expansion projects.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Identify process improvements and implement financial best practices.
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the Management.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, MIS, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP/Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure financial integrity.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- 5–10+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.
Pay: ₹36,194.48 - ₹100,000.00 per month
