Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, energetic individual with excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
* Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos for clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless client experience.
* Maintain and update client information in CRM and track sales pipeline.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis for management.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office / Google Workspace.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS products.
* Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
* Networking and relationship-building expertise.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
