Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IM lead calling and engage prospects through chat and calls.
- Perform B2B cold calling and follow-up calls to generate business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Handle end-to-end interview process management, including candidate coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update candidate/client interactions regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and business development processes.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in calling, lead generation, or recruitment coordination preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
