Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair consumer durable products such as home appliances, electronics, and smart devices.
Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks to identify product defects.
Carry out repairs, replacement of defective parts, and preventive maintenance as per company standards.
Handle warranty and non-warranty repair cases while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, logistics, and service centers for timely repair and dispatch.
Maintain accurate repair records, service reports, spare parts usage, and inventory in the ERP/CRM system.
Ensure all repaired products meet quality standards before being returned to customers or restocked.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and work to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify recurring product issues and provide feedback to the Quality and Product teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts required for repairs.
Follow safety procedures and company quality guidelines during all repair activities.
Assist in technical training and support for junior technicians when required.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in repairing consumer durable products, preferably in an e-commerce, retail, or service center environment.
Strong knowledge of electronic and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with repair tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple repair cases within defined timelines.
