The Paperwork & Compliance Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that all company documentation, statutory records, approvals, customer documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliances are completed accurately and on time. The role requires close coordination with government departments, consultants, advocates, architects, engineers, finance, sales, HR, and customers to ensure complete legal and procedural compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Central, State and Local laws.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and maintain a compliance calendar.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, Chartered Accountants and Company Secretary.

- RERA
- CLU
- Building Plan Approvals
- Fire NOC
- Pollution NOC
- Lift Approvals
- Labour Department
- Factory/Shop Establishment
- Property Tax
- GST
- PAN/TAN
- ESI/PF
- Electricity & Water Authorities
- Track validity and renewal of all licences and approvals.
B. Documentation Management
- Maintain complete physical and digital documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and indexing.
- Scan and digitize important records.
- Maintain document version control.
- Retrieve documents whenever required.
- Maintain confidential files securely.
C. Customer Documentation
- Prepare and verify:
- Booking Forms
- Allotment Letters
- Builder Buyer Agreements
- Sale Deeds
- Possession Letters
- Indemnity Bonds
- Affidavits
- NOCs
- Transfer Documents
- Registry documents
- Verify KYC documents.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents.
- Ensure timely execution and registration.
D. Government Liaison
Coordinate documentation with:
- RERA
- Municipal Authorities
- Town & Country Planning
- Revenue Department
- Registry Office
- Electricity Department
- Fire Department
- Labour Department
- Pollution Control Board
- Other statutory authorities
Follow up for approvals, renewals and submissions.
E. Agreement & Contract Management
Maintain all company agreements including:
- Vendor Agreements
- Contractor Agreements
- Customer Agreements
- Lease Agreements
- Employment Contracts
- Service Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
- NDAs
- Purchase Orders
Maintain expiry and renewal schedules.
F. Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with advocates.
- Collect documents required for litigation.
- Prepare case files.
- Maintain court records.
- Track hearing dates.
- Maintain legal correspondence.
Pay: ₹10,020.41 - ₹32,517.99 per month
