Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory in the store.
- Plan and supervise packing of materials as per customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Track material movement from storage to dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and shipment records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery updates.
- Liaise with dealers and sales engineers to fullfill customer requirements and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of finished goods.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport providers for shipments.
- Maintain ERP system entries related to inventory, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
- Support periodic stock audits and inventory verification activities.
- Follow safety, quality, and warehouse management procedures.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
