Water Spider
The Water Spider/ material mover is responsible for supporting production operations by ensuring workstations are continuously supplied with materials, parts, packaging, staging, labelling, remove empties, move scrap containers for the Bending department and keep scrap records for and other necessary resources. This role helps maintain workflow efficiency, minimizes downtime, and supports safety, quality, and productivity goals within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Status: Regular Full Time, eligible for benefits
Starting Pay: $15.25/hour
Pathway Range: $15.25~ $16.25 /hr
Break: The 8‑hour shift includes one, 30-minute paid break.
Base Candidate Requirements:
- Must be able to work 7:00AM~3:00PM schedule — Monday through Friday. And must be able to work weekend overtime if/when required.
- No prior experience or training required; previous cycle counting or inventory experience highly preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Experience working in manufacturing production environment, minimum six months.
- Pallet Jack experience
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, heavy lifting, pushing, grasping, pinching, visual checks + working in warehouse (Hot & Cold: not controlled temperature).
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
- Must be engaged in learning and applying yourself.
- Must thrive on working in environment where your productivity, quality, attendance and safety will be measured.
- Must be capable and willing to be accountable for meeting & maintaining Company standard requirements.
- Must be willing and able to wear proper PPE during all working hours.
