About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong wealth management expertise, an established personal network/database of affluent clients, and a proven track record of driving investments and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients.
- Leverage existing personal and professional networks to generate business opportunities.
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable wealth management solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell investment products such as:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
- AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds)
- Bonds
- Fixed Income Products
- Insurance Solutions
- Structured Products
- Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions.
- Achieve AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and business acquisition targets.
- Maintain a high level of client service and relationship engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory developments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM (preferred) and any graduate can apply .
Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.
- Existing personal database/network of affluent clients with demonstrated revenue generation capability.
- Sound knowledge of investment and wealth management products.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
