Hiring: Senior Video Editor (2+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and responsible Senior Video Editor to join our team full-time.
This role is for someone who treats editing as a serious profession — someone disciplined, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of taking complete ownership of projects without constant supervision.
You should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, emotional flow, and modern YouTube editing styles & AI editing. Beyond editing skills, we are looking for leadership qualities — someone who can manage workflows, maintain quality standards, support junior editors when needed, and help drive the team forward.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro & Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient English communication skills
- Strong cinematic sense, creativity, and editing judgment
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and deliver projects on time
- Serious, disciplined, organized, and highly dependable
- Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple projects efficiently
- Team management and leadership capability
Bonus Skills:
- Cinematography / camera knowledge
- AI Editing, Color grading
- Deep understanding of YouTube retention and viewer psychology

Job Nature

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on skill, speed, creativity & overall output)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
