key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise Front Office team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the highest hospitality standards.
- Achieve revenue targets while controlling labour and departmental costs.
- Ensure effective budget management without compromising guest satisfaction.
- Oversee PBX operations and maintain emergency communication procedures.
- Monitor team performance, implement operational improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- PG/Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- 8–10 years of Front Office or Guest Service experience in the hospitality or resort industry.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
