We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Trainer to lead our digital marketing operations while delivering high-quality training to students, working professionals, and business owners.The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Management, AI-powered marketing tools, and Performance Marketing. In addition to managing digital campaigns, the candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting practical, industry-oriented training programs with live projects.Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns.Generate qualified leads through organic and paid marketing.Research market trends and competitor activities.Improve brand visibility and online presence.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Plan and execute On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.Improve website rankings on search engines.Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools.Conduct regular website SEO audits.
3. Performance MarketingManage Google Ads campaigns.Plan and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.Execute LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.Improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.Manage advertising budgets effectively.
4. Social Media MarketingDevelop monthly social media content calendars.Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.Analyze social media insights and optimize campaigns.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
