Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our Dwarka centre. In this full-time position, you will work with children and adults experiencing a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. You will develop and implement personalized therapeutic plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help our clients achieve their communication goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments using standardized and non-standardized diagnostic tools
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessment results and clinical goals
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to clients of varying ages
Maintain detailed clinical records and progress notes for each client
Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers about therapy progress and home practice recommendations
Create and adapt therapy materials and activities appropriate for individual client needs
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Required Qualifications
Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) License/Registration as a Speech Language Pathologist (MANDATORY)
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from a recognized institution (B.Sc. Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent)
Diploma in Speech-Language
1-2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
