Job Requirements:
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
· Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
· Familiarity with outbound calling and tele-sales techniques is preferred.
· Fresher’s could also apply for the same.
Communication Skills:
· Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
· Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.
Sales Acumen:
· Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate product or service features and benefits.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
