Maintenance & Care taking: Air conditioning, Civil, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Painting, Lifts, Fire Fighting systems, Generators, Cleaning, Pest Control and allied installations to reduce costs and improve quality of existing services:
Contracts: Operation, Maintenance, Labour & Security contractors –negotiating agreements & renewals, costing and budgeting, purchase of consulmables and maintaining record of same, overseeing attendance & performance of staffs.
Buildings: Maintenance and supervision of Building-KMC liasoning, Overseeing electricity matters, Inspection of Lifts, Parking and residents permit, Development related supervison.
Legal: -Liasoning with solicitors and other statutory bodies,Drafting of agreements & renewals,tracking cases & case papers,recovery of dues.
Any other task as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
