Fitter Instructor

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical training in the Fitter trade to ITI students
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and practical demonstrations
- Conduct workshop sessions on fitting, machine assembly, bench work, and tool operations
- Train students on use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and machine shop equipment
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and practical exams
- Maintain workshop tools, machinery, and consumables
- Ensure discipline and safety compliance in lab/workshop
- Guide students for NCVT/SCVT trade exams and skill competitions
- Maintain attendance and training records
Eligibility (any one):
- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (CITS optional)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (CITS optional)
- ITI Fitter
- ITI Fitter + CITS
Salary (Per Month):
- B. Tech (Mechanical): ₹15,000
- Diploma (Mechanical): ₹12,000
- Diploma with Experience: ₹15,000
- ITI (Fitter): ₹8,000
- ITI + CITS: ₹12,000
Skills Required:
- Sound technical knowledge of fitting, machine components, and mechanical systems
- Good teaching and communication skills
- Workshop/lab management ability
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping
- Safety-oriented and disciplined approach
