About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and close new projects for our agency.
The ideal candidate is confident in speaking with founders, business owners, and marketing decision-makers, understands consultative selling, and enjoys helping brands solve their marketing challenges.
What You'll Be Selling
You will represent and sell our core services, including:
* Commercial Video Production
* Corporate & Brand Films
* Product Photography & Videography
* Social Media Content Creation
* Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
* Lead Generation Campaigns
* Social Media Management
* Creative Marketing Solutions
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and cold calling.
* Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
* Present agency services professionally and confidently.
* Prepare proposals and quotations with the internal team.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
* Build long-term relationships with clients.
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM.
* Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
* Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to generate leads and close business independently.
* Experience in a Video Production, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 3-week performance evaluation to demonstrate their business development capabilities, including lead generation, client communication, and sales execution.
During this evaluation:
1. Commission of 7–10% will be paid on every successful deal closed.
2. Top-performing candidates will receive a Full-Time Employment Offer with a CTC of ₹6–8 LPA, along with attractive incentives and long-term career growth opportunities.
