About Us
Mehta Real Estate is a 35+ year old, RERA-registered real estate broking firm in Chennai, active across residential, resale, commercial, and land segments. We’re building out a dedicated pre-sales function to qualify leads before handoff to our sales team — a growth role for someone who wants to build a career in real estate sales.
What You’ll Do
- Call, WhatsApp, and follow up with inbound leads from our digital marketing campaigns
- Understand each customer’s budget, location preference, and buying intent within the first call
- Qualify leads as serious/not serious before handing off to the sales team
- Schedule site visits for qualified customers and ensure they have project info beforehand
- Log every call, follow-up, and outcome in our CRM — this is non-negotiable and central to the role
- Share basic weekly lead-quality feedback with the sales and marketing team
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in tele sales, inside sales, or a phone-based customer role — from any industry: real estate, BPO, insurance, EdTech admissions, banking/NBFC tele sales, or similar. Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement — we’ll train you on the product.
- Fluent, confident, natural conversational skills on the phone — this matters more than industry background
- Excellent communication in English and Tamil; Hindi is a bonus
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic Excel (training provided if needed)
- Self-motivated, comfortable with daily calling targets
