In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and school leaders to deliver life skills education, facilitate career guidance, support teacher development, and strengthen student learning outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to creating meaningful impact in schools and are comfortable working in diverse locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Life Skills sessions for students (Classes VI–XII).
- Conduct career guidance and counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Observe classrooms and support teacher development through coaching and training.
- Maintain programme documentation, reports, and impact records.
- Build strong relationships with school stakeholders and ensure effective programme implementation.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counselling, Human Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at assigned locations as required.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
