Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence across key platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart. The role involves driving revenue, onboarding new channels, and strengthening business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities across marketplaces, D2C, and offline channels
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demand
Marketplace Expansion
- Drive onboarding and expansion on Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart
- Identify new categories, segments, and product opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to scale marketplace presence
Partnership & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers
- Negotiate commercial terms, visibility plans, and promotional placements
- Explore collaborations, brand tie-ups, and strategic alliances
Sales & Revenue Management
- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent growth
- Monitor sales performance and identify improvement areas
- Plan and execute sales strategies during peak seasons and events
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, CRM, and operations teams
- Ensure alignment on campaigns, inventory planning, and launches
- Coordinate with finance for pricing, margins, and profitability
Reporting & Insights
- Track KPIs and prepare regular business reports
- Use data to drive decision-making and optimize performance
- Present growth plans and performance insights to leadership
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
