Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes engaging in detailed analysis and contributing to the design or re-design of business processes, as well as helping to define organizational components. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that improvements are effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives, fostering continuous development and operational excellence within the function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in documenting process workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices and tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and business function analysis.
- Familiarity with financial planning and performance management concepts.
- Capability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute to problem-solving.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
