Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Modeler & Developer who can transform real-world objects, environments, and industrial assets into high-quality interactive 3D experiences.
This is a client-facing and field-oriented role requiring frequent interaction with customers, site visits, and collaboration with internal teams to digitize real-world environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, understanding project requirements, performing on-site asset scanning, and developing optimized 3D content for VR/AR applications.
Candidates with experience in both 3D Modeling and 3D Development will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities3D Modeling & Development
- Create high-quality, optimized 3D models, environments, and assets for VR/AR applications.
- Develop interactive 3D experiences for industrial training, manufacturing, real estate, and enterprise solutions.
- Perform asset optimization, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rendering, and model optimization for real-time applications.
- Convert CAD drawings, engineering files, or reference materials into production-ready 3D models.
- Support integration of 3D assets into Unity or other real-time development platforms.
Digitalization & Site Execution
- Visit client locations to understand project requirements and capture site data.
- Perform on-site 3D scanning, measurements, reference photography, and asset documentation.
- Assist in digitizing physical environments, machinery, and industrial processes into immersive digital experiences.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the digitalization process to ensure project accuracy and quality.
Client Interaction
- Interact confidently with customers to understand business requirements and technical expectations.
- Participate in client meetings, project discussions, demonstrations, and on-site visits.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and communicate project progress professionally.
- Collaborate closely with internal AI, VR/AR, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
RequirementsMandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D Modeling and asset creation.
- Proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software.
- Experience with Unity 3D and basic 3D application development.
- Knowledge of texturing, UV mapping, lighting, rendering, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, CAD files, or product references.
- Strong visualization and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site project execution.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:
- Unreal Engine
- C# scripting for Unity
- AR/VR development
- Photogrammetry and LiDAR scanning
- CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- PBR texturing (Substance Painter)
- Animation and Rigging
- Industrial product visualization
- Real Estate visualization
- Digital Twin workflows
- Basic AI-assisted 3D tools
- Knowledge of Kannada (preferred for local client interactions)
- Own vehicle for client visits (preferred)

Pay: ₹9,976.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
