About the Role
Olympia Groups is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment activities across NBFC field sales and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills and be passionate about building a quality talent pipeline.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement & Follow-up
- Maintain regular engagement with shortlisted and selected candidates.
- Conduct daily follow-up and engagement calls with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Address candidate queries and concerns related to the hiring process.
Client & Industry Hiring
- Handle recruitment requirements for:
- NBFC Field Sales Positions
- Manufacturing Industry Roles
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports as required.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and joining formalities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in recruitment for field sales, BFSI/NBFC, manufacturing, or volume hiring will be an added advantage.
