Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager to oversee, structure, and execute key academic programs, marketing initiatives, and operational projects. In this role, you will bridge strategic marketing insights with project execution, ensuring program delivery timelines, learner growth, and operational excellence across our physical and online offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end management of academic projects, live courses, residential bootcamps, and digital content launches from conception to completion.
- Marketing & Growth Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to plan go-to-market strategies, campaign schedules, and candidate outreach for upcoming cohorts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between medical faculty, operations, tech, and marketing teams to ensure smooth program workflow.
- Resource & Timeline Management: Define project scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and track deliverables using project management tools.
- Student & Program Analytics: Monitor course performance, enrollment metrics, candidate satisfaction, and campaign ROI to optimize ongoing and future projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in program execution and implement streamlined SOPs to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA in Marketing (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in the education/EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional marketing and operational projects in an educational environment.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com) and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in medical education, healthcare training, or test-prep sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with lead generation funnels, digital marketing campaigns, and student lifecycle management.
Pay: ₹34,166.00 - ₹54,166.00 per month
