We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who originates their own visual elements and animates them - not someone who takes a static handover from another designer and implements the movement. You should be equally strong at designing the look (shapes, iconography, style frames, visual language) and at bringing it to life in motion. This is a design-and-animate role, not an execution-only or UI/UX role.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualise and design original motion graphic elements — icons, style frames, visual systems - from scratch, then animate them end-to-end
- Own the full pipeline: concept → design → animation, without relying on a separate designer's handover
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, client pitches, internal comms, and marketing assets
- Collaborate with CGI artists to integrate 2D motion elements into 3D renders/videos
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all motion and design output
- Manage projects/timelines across geographies
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that shows original design work AND animation - not just execution of someone else's static designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AE, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere); Cinema 4D/Blender exposure a plus
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals - typography, layout, color theory, iconography not just animation principles
- A self-starter who can go from a rough brief to a finished, original visual concept without needing design direction handed to them
- 5+ years of experience in design and motion graphics preferred
- Bonus: experience with 3D integration or sound design basics
