Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Safety & Audit Executive to support vehicle safety monitoring, driver compliance, operational audits, and training activities within transportation operations. The candidate will assist in ensuring road safety standards, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day transport operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Check and verify vehicle documents such as Driving License (DL), Insurance, Permit, RC, and Pollution Certificate (PC).
- Ensure first-aid kits and fire extinguishers are available in all vehicles.
- Inspect vehicle cleanliness regularly and report issues to the Safety Manager.
- Conduct surprise checks on routes and sites to monitor:
- Over-speeding or rash driving
- Seat belt usage
- Drivers using earphones while driving
- Site supervisors following safety procedures
- Report safety violations and assist in corrective action follow-ups.
- Support safety training sessions on:
- Safe driving practices
- Grooming and behaviour
- Mock drills
- First-aid awareness
- Prepare training records and MOM (Minutes of Meeting) documents.
- Assist in accident investigation activities and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, HR, Finance, and Insurance teams for operational support.
- Maintain safety reports, audit records, and compliance documents.
- Continuously learn and improve knowledge related to transport safety and operations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of transport and safety procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in field operations
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Observation and reporting skills
- Quick learning ability
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with interest in transportation and safety operations are preferred
