We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable professional to expand and strengthen our dealer network across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Role - Sales Manager
This role will lead dealer network expansion, market development, and channel partner management for SKY Machines’ agricultural and electric equipment product portfolio.
The candidate will play a key role in onboarding dealers, supporting sales growth, conducting field demonstrations, and strengthening SKY Machines’ market presence across South India
Key Responsibilities1. Dealer Network Expansion
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network for agricultural machinery products.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key market stakeholders.
2. Sales & Market Development
- Support dealer sales activities and achieve dealer development targets.
- Conduct market visits to identify opportunities and competitor activities.
- Assist in territory planning and expansion strategies.
3. Technical Product Support
- Provide technical guidance and product support to dealers and customers.
- Support troubleshooting related to machinery and basic electrical systems.
- Explain machine features, applications, and operational benefits to dealers and end users.
4. Field Demonstrations & Training
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and dealer training programs.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for smooth dealer support.
- Ensure dealers are updated with product knowledge and sales materials.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, technical, service teams.
- Support execution of exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
- Provide regular reports on dealer performance and market feedback.
Key RequirementsTechnical Qualifications
- Good knowledge of agricultural machinery and basic electrical systems.
- Understanding of motors, wiring, pumps, batteries, controllers, or agri electrical systems is an added advantage.
- Any degree or Diploma/B.Tech/Any degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in dealer handling, channel sales, technical sales, or agri machinery business development.
- Experience in agricultural Implements, machinery, farm equipment, pumps, EV machinery, or related industries preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across South india
- Ability to independently handle dealer onboarding and market development activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to tractors, agricultural implements, power weeders, pumps, EV equipment, or off-highway machinery.
- Existing dealer network or regional market understanding in AP & TS.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
