Experience in performing design calculations using Instrucal is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, Hazardous Area Classification, HAZOP / HAZID / SIL studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of Instrument Index, hook-ups, inter connecting diagrams, block diagrams, instrument datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Extensive experience of DCS / SGS / F&G systems is essential, as is experience of SCADA and communication networks is required. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, IEC, NEC, IP codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Instrucal, Intools is essential.
