Job Title: Mechanic – Motor VehicleJob Summary
We are looking for a skilled Motor Vehicle Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain cars, light commercial vehicles, and other motor vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle servicing and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in motor vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacement, brake servicing, and tune-ups.
- Inspect engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
- Repair or replace faulty vehicle components and parts.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct road tests after repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Maintain service records and report repair status.
- Follow company safety procedures and workshop standards.
- Keep tools and the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- ITI in Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance.
- Freshers with ITI (MMV) certification may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
