3) Good with MS office applications.
4) Design Quality and experiential learning programs on Mortgage domain.
5) Impart need based training for new hires and production staff on UW, Credit assessment, training delivery, Transition monitoring, mentoring and evaluating the participant’s progress. 6) Design robust survey mechanism to gather feedback from all departments.
7) Ensure all Training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
8) Collaborate with different departments to streamline process/procedures.
9) Responsible for sharing trends and reporting dashboards including intelligent analysis on pre/post-performance. 10) Gather feedback from Trainees and Stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.
